nice to meet you

i'm twentyfour, Black, n selftaught. i'm a multidisciplinary artist but my origins lay in illustration.

the art i create reflects my emotions n insecurities, which is the case for just about any artist - as i get older, it's interestin to see how art begins a battle with my ego on multiple levels - the need to display all nuances of a situation within one piece bein one example

i don't title my pieces, the names you see here are just for website purposes. i don't want to title them, it's just not my thing.

i've enjoyed art since elementary school. i'm able to put my thoughts n emotions out into somethin visible n be open with it (through postin) while still feelin like i'm concealin them. i suppose it provides a bit of control.

thank you so much to everyone who has supported me or even considered it!! i started sellin art in august 2019 n opened my site may 3rd 2021.
